NDL - New Diode Laser, providing High Power Laser Diodes, Laser Diode Arrays, Stacks, DPSS Laser Pump Modules, Direct Diode Laser and DPSS Laser Systems.

Based on GaAs, AlGaAs or InGaAs MOCVD technologies, NDL is able to provide high power laser diodes with max optical output power >5W and high EO efficiency up to >60%. These high power single emitters are widely used for solid-state pumping, infrared lighting, fiber coupling and etc.
